Using any unauthorized third-party tool to connect to your game or Star Stable account is against our Terms of Service. Not only do they violate our terms, but they pose a serious risk to players, their accounts, and the community we love:
Account Security: Some tools require sharing sensitive account information, putting players at risk of account theft or loss.
Safety Concerns: Downloading unauthorized programs can lead to unsafe software that compromises your personal security.
Game Stability: These modifications can break the game—not just for the account owner but for everyone they interact with—ruining the experience for all players.
Good news: Reshade and accessibility tools are still perfectly fine to use!
What to look out for
Be wary of accounts or creators that offer to sell or distribute game modifications. The best way to protect your account and personal information is to avoid these services entirely.
