Change Email Feature!
We’ve introduced a feature for players to change the email connected to their account! Read on to learn how.
Where can I change my email?
Head over to your Account Page on our website (please note: this feature is not available in the game launcher). You’ll see a new edit icon next to your email address.
How does it work?
Click the icon to receive a verification code at your original email address.
Once verified, enter your new email address.
Enter the new verification code sent to your updated email
Easy peasy!
What if I don’t have access to the original email?
You can contact our Customer Support team to see if your account can be verified through other means. Once they’ve verified your identity, they’ll be happy to assist in changing your email for you!
