Update on Horse Restoration
Heads up, Star Fam! Starting December 5th, our customer support team will no longer assist with horse restoration. After that date, we won’t be able to return previously sold horses.
Why is horse restoration being removed?
Back in the early days of Star Stable Online, stable space was limited, and players couldn’t own endless horses. To help manage full stables, we introduced the “Sell Horse” feature. Players could sell horses and later reach out to customer support to have them restored if they changed their mind or made a mistake.
Now, players can have an unlimited number of horses in their pastures and we've removed the “Sell Horse” feature. While restoration was meant to give players flexibility, these requests have taken up a significant amount of support time and slowed our ability to address more urgent issues, like payment concerns or major bugs.
Stopping horse restoration will allow our support team to focus on bigger issues that affect all players, helping make Star Stable better for everyone!
What if I want a horse restored?
If you want a horse restored, make sure to submit your request before December 5th. After that, restorations will no longer be available.
Our regular horse refund policy still applies after December 5th!
Will there be another way to manage my pasture?
We’re still in early discussions about adding a “Hide Horse” feature, which would let you hide horses from your pasture list without losing them. If this feature is added, we’ll be sure to let you know!
We understand that pausing restorations might feel frustrating, especially since the service has been available until now. Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly, and it will help our support team focus on urgent issues that benefit all players.
