To maintain a balance on our servers, all players are automatically placed on servers that have space. Which server you are placed on depends on your geographical location. Depending on where you live there may be other servers available for you to choose from.
It sometimes happens that friends are assigned to different servers. This results in friends not being able to see each other in-game. To be able to change servers log in to your My Account page and select the Move Servers tab. Then follow the instructions for switching servers. Available servers will be shown to you.

All memberships (except for the Lifetime Membership and when you pay with your mobile) are rolling subscriptions, which means you pay a little bit each month. Rolling subscriptions are automatically renewed until they are cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at anytime with this link.
If you purchase a membership with mobile, your payment with not be recurring (i.e. we will not be able to automatically renew your membership). You will need to manually buy a new membership when your current one expires. You can see the date your membership ends on your profile once logged into our website

Star Stable does not store any of your payment information, all payments are handled externally and are processed securely by our Payment Providers, such as PayPal and Global Collect to ensure your payment information remains safe.

Redeem codes are unique codes which offer special treats (e.g. free star coins) and can be used only once. We may hand these out at special events and our birthday (e.g.if we are visiting a horse show).

To cancel a subscription, log in to your Star Stable Account, click on the Profile tab and then click Cancel Subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, you cancel recurring payments. You will still be a Star Rider for the period of time you have already paid for. Once your Star Rider membership expires, you will still be able to play in the starting areas of the game, and you will not lose any of your game progress. However you will no longer have access to other areas.

First remove all Star Stable files (Computer>Local disc>User>Public>StarStableOnline or Computer>Local disc>User>StarStableOnline) from your computer, then install the launcher, and when the info screen about the file problem pops up, please pick the REPAIR option, instead of clicking next. You can also try going to "Library" and searching for "Star Stable". You will find the Star Stable file, right click on the file and click on "Execute as administrator".
This could mean that your internet connection is unstable. If you have a wireless connection you can try using a network cable instead, this can make the connection more stable. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.

Find the Star Stable folder and then drag it to the Trash. Empty the Trash. Reinstall: Go to www.starstable.com. Log in, click “Play Now” and follow the instructions to install. In previous versions of Mac OS as Lion (10.7.5) or Mountain Lion (10.8) you need to go to: Go> Utilities> Terminal. Once opened, type the command: chflags nohidden ~ / library / and press Enter to make the Library visible. Then you can close the terminal and follow the steps to reinstall in Mac listed above.

When you create a character and begin to play Star Stable, you will be introduced to the character of Justin Moorland in Moorland Stable. The ability to jump is an exclusive feature available only to Star Riders. After level 5 you will be given a quest by Justin Moorland, located at Steve's farm, and that is when you learn how to jump.
To view the servers that you are eligible to move to, please use the Move Server function on our website: After you log into your account, please click your name on the top right hand corner then My Account. Click on Move Server. If your desired server should be unavailable, it might be because it it full. Please check consistently to see if it becomes available in the future. If the server is outside of your region, you’re not able to move at all.

In order to sell an item, visit a shop and drag the item to the box with the money icon that is located at the right bottom corner. Please do not sell quest items. Once sold, we are not able to restore back.
You cannot earn Star Coins. Star Riders receive a weekly allowance every weekend, and additional Star Coins can be purchased from our website. We sometimes run promotions in our Gift Shop as well. We will always inform you on our website when these offers are running. We may also send emails and post on Facebook too, so make sure you check regularly.
If you are a Star Rider and don't have any available quests, you may have completed all available quests for the moment. However, we are constantly updating the game with new fresh content and exciting quests. We will always publish details of the new quests here.
To enter Golden Hills Valley you need to be at least level 14 and will have already completed certain quests. If you are above level 14 and have not yet unlocked Golden Hills Valley, do not worry, just keep doing all available quests in the quest log, and soon you will unlock Golden Hills Valley.
To enter Dino Valley you need to be friendly with Valedale and you have to had completed the quest where you help Nic Stoneground fly away with his balloon.

A chat filter is applied on all of our servers to ensure all chat is safe and friendly, to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Sometimes, words get blocked even if they are not bad because our smart chat filter will recognize it as similar to a blocked word.
Click on the player you want to block, and then chose Ignore in the menu. After that you will not see the player, and you will not be able to communicate. You can also un-ignore players by opening your friends list and clicking “ignore” and removing them from that list.
Block the player who is acting inappropriately by clicking on Ignore, then contact Customer Service and report the player. Please make sure to add as much details as possible to the Customer Support team. Such as the name of the player, the issue and a screenshot.
The Customer Service Team will go through the chat logs and if Terms and Conditions has been violated, Customer Service will take actions against that player.
A staff member will always have the name Game Master online. A Game Master text will appear in yellow. A Game Master will never ask for your password or other personal information. Please report any suspicious behavior to the Customer Service team.

You can redeem your codes by logging into your account on our website. Once you are logged in, click My Account then you will see Redeem Code. Enter your code there and click Redeem.
We can never really tell you when the next Free Star Rider off will be, but we will always inform our users with an email containing a redeem code granting Free Star Rider for a period of time.
Please bear in mind as a Free Star Rider, you will not receive the weekly 100 Star Coins. Also you will not be able to explore every location on the map as some places require a certain level to enter. So always check your mail, our Facebook and our news page!
In order to put new fun content in the game, we need to take the servers down for a period of time. When everything is in place and working properly, we open up the servers.
