Hey StarFam! No sign of warmer weather here in Jorvik! There are still tons of winter activities to enjoy.

Slip, slide and glide through the Easy Freezy Race

We hope you’ve been practicing how to best tread across the ice! You can now showcase those skills in the Easy Freezy Race. This race will have you sliding down the frozen Silversong River! To find this race you should introduce yourself to Flipper and Flapper, the penguins. Flipper usually hangs around the frozen waterfall at Valedale and will get you started, while Flapper will be there to greet you at the end. Just watch out for obstacles along your way. You don’t want to trample over Flipper and Flapper’s friends!

Yule Goats and Bunnies and Bears, Oh My!

More furry friends have flocked to the Winter Village to witness holiday magic. And even better—you can rent one of these animals to ride on! A new stall has been set up in the Winter Village where you can temporarily trade your horse for another animal. You can choose to ride a Bear, Stag, Doe, Moose, and even a Yule Goat if you’re feeling festive. You are welcome to take them outside the Winter Village for a test drive! Keep in mind they aren’t used to being ridden, so they might not perform as gracefully as your horse when you try to race or ride them! When you start missing your horse you can head back to the stall to trade them back. This is only available in the Winter Village, so hurry on over to a sleigh to pick your favorite animal!

Collect Warm Wishes while you still can! Winter is only here to stay until the Wednesday update on January 13th.
