Hi StarFam!

We’re all facing some confusing times right now, but we’re happy to see so many of you are spending time on Jorvik with us. We’re so excited to finally share the Soul Riding with you and more epic things are coming up soon! We hope you all can relax and forget the outside world for a while when visiting Jorvik and playing together!

While the times are having many of you stay at home more, the same goes for our team. The safety of our team is the top priority for us, and therefore our Stockholm based team has been working from home since early March, and our additional support team located in Mauritius has been working from home since last week. We’re doing our very best to keep bringing you the full Jorvik experience even as we’re getting used to a new way of working.

We’re keeping up with the influx of messages on our social media and through our support form to our best abilities, but naturally, this has led to a longer support queue than usual. We apologize for the longer response times on the tickets and we’re working hard on catching up. Be sure to keep an eye on your mail if you’re waiting for a support ticket; if you have received a mail with a reference number you know your request is being processed and will get a response as soon as it’s reached in the queue!
