Game Update

Itsy Bitsy Spiders

Hi StarFam! The last couple of weeks on Jorvik have been quite intense and it’s still not over! Next week Lisa, Linda and Alex will need your help with their most dangerous adventure, yet. While we’re waiting for them to wrap up their final preparations, there’s still loads to do around Jorvik. This week we expect some really bad weather down in Epona, which may cause some trouble!

An extra warning!

This update contains LOTS of cute and fluffy spiders! If you complete these quests, spiders will appear all around Jorvik. These quests will not play any part in unlocking other quests so if you feel like spiders aren’t your cup of tea, it’s perfectly alright to skip these quests!

Alberta’s baby spiders!

The grumpy professor Hayden has been unusually excited as he can’t wait for the moment when his precious pet Alberta will finally give birth. We’d be all aboard the hype train if he was looking forward to a fluffy puppy, but then again, Alberta is a Jorvegian giant spider...

We’d be super happy to share Hayden’s excitement if not for the storm moving in over Epona. Thanks to the violent storm, all of Alberta’s 100 poor little spiderlings have scattered away and now they are all alone somewhere on Jorvik! Professor Hayden is nothing short of devastated and your help is needed to bring the babies back home!

When you’ve started your spider search, a new page will be unlocked in your journal! There you’ll be able to see how many spiders you can find in each area as well as how many you’ve already found. Don’t forget to return to the professor every now and then - in his house you’ll be able to say hi to all the spiders you’ve saved, and if you’re lucky he might even give you some sort of reward for rescuing his “grandkids”!

Finding all of these precious baby spiders isn’t the easiest of tasks on Jorvik, but we believe you guys will be more than able to take on this challenge!

To be able to unlock the spider search you must have finished the quest where professor Hayden finds out Alberta is expecting spiderlings.

Help Hayden to find Alberta’s babies!

Gary’s Jorvik Wild Horses

Gary Goldtooth comes from the high mountains of Mistfall, and he loves the peculiar wild horses that live in the deep forests of Jorvik. Every now and then, Gary takes a trip to the forests of Firgrove to show off his beautiful horses, and now he’s back again! By popular demand he has brought back three old favorites who’s sure to charm anyone!

One of the the oldest horse breeds of Jorvik, the Jorvik Wild Horse has developed in close connection with the island’s Pandorian energy. Because of the magic in Pandoria, these horses have really vivid colors, but around towns and villages where there’s less Pandorian energy, their colors fade to make the Jorvik Wild Horses look more like their less colorful cousins. They regain their bright and beautiful colors once they venture back into the Jorvegian wilderness!

The Jorvik Wild Horses are not quite as fast as the other horses of Jorvik.

Gary is staying in Firgrove for two whole weeks, so make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to check out and maybe buy one of his fantastic horses!

Farah is still here!
