Valentine’s Day AND New Horses!

Hi StarFam! Our Soul Riders need some more time before it’s time for the last part of the quest where we’re trying to save Anne from Pandoria. Meanwhile the citizens of Jorvik are decorating and preparing for the first holiday of 2019 - Valentine’s Day!

We’re celebrating love and friendship for one entire Valentine’s week, so make sure to check out this year’s celebration while you can - but of course, the horses arriving to Jorvik today are here to stay!

Derek’s lost letters!

Being a mailman on Jorvik isn’t easy because somehow your letters always tend to disappear! Derek at the Silverglade post office is in desperate need of your help, so hurry over there and save his day!

This quest chain has been slightly updated this year, so even those of you who’ve played these quests before will have some new experiences this time!

Lowe’s races!

At the Jorvik Stables you’ll find Lowe Westberg who’s in charge of a fun group race which will lead you through all of Jarlaheim! If you enter a group with one to four other players you can participate in Lowe’s race and win tiny hearts, which you can trade in for some pretty rewards. Gather your friends and start racing!

After entering Lowe’s race once, you’ll unlock her speedy show jumping race down at the Jorvik Stables Arena! You can enter this race even if you aren’t in a group with other players and here you can collect even more hearts to trade with.

Valentine’s Day Stores

All around Jorvik, little stores have popped up, filled with beautiful clothes that are just perfect for Valentine’s! At the Moorland Stables you’ll also find a store that sells cute teddy bears to go in your saddle bag. Make sure you visit the stores to check out all the items from previous years!

A hidden redeem code!

Lowe has hidden five letters around Jorvik that together make up a redeem code! If you find all of them and manage to put together the redeem code you’ll get 200 Star Coins! Gather your friends and get going to find the code!

New horses - Jorvik Warmbloods!

Jorvik’s very own sport horse might have already caught your eye - your very first horse is actually one! Lately more and more equestrians have been trying to get more Jorvik Warmbloods to their stables, so now we’re able to offer you some gorgeous, exclusive horses to purchase on Jorvik!

Jorvik Warmbloods are known as kind and loyal competition horses, and they are bred in all colors you can imagine. Will any of these horses be your new friend on the race tracks of Jorvik?

Jorvik’s very own sport horse!

★ What's the new breed?
The Jorvik Warmblood.

★ Where can I get it?
The blanket buckskin is in Fort Pinta, the palomino blanket pinto is in Crescent Moon Village, and in Dundull you’ll find the liver chestnut and the blue roan.

★ How much does it cost?
750 Star Coins.

★ What level do I have to be?
You can get the blanket buckskin right when you get to Fort Pinta but to get the other three horses you must have reached at least level 15.

★ Can I replace my Starter horse with one of these horses?
Your Starter horse is important for several quests in Star Stable, which is why it cannot be replaced with any other horse. While these horses belong to the same breed as your Starter horse, you will still need your very first horse in order to, for example, travel to Pandoria.

What coat is your favorite?

New map icons!

Never again will you have to try to remember where to find a horse trailer in Jorvik - from now on you’ll be able to see them on your map!

When you open up your map (by pressing the “M” key or clicking on the map in the lower right corner of your screen) you will be able to choose what icons you want to see on your map by clicking on the small arrow at the top right corner of the map. There, you can easily choose what icons you want to have shown on or hidden from your map, which is perfect for when you, for example, want to check where to find the closest mailbox!

★ Mailboxes

We’ve also replaced the orange dots on the map that previously marked where you should look for items in quests. From now on you’ll instead see a large yellow circle, which will make the markings easier to spot no matter where the items are on the in-game map. What you’re looking for is always in the middle of the circle!
