The Rainbow Festival returns!

Hello StarFam! This week the Rainbow Festival returns for two weeks! But, wait, what happened to all the colors?!

A world beyond the skies!

Mica Stoneground is here again with her hot air balloon! This young explorer is mostly known for her travels to the mythical place known as the Cloud Kingdom, and now she’s back on Jorvik to bring you with her! First you must help Mica’s lost frog, Pico. You can find him by entering any town with a stable. Or, if you meet her outside of Doyle’s Abbey, you can follow her directly up to the highest height!

What can you do in the Cloud Kingdom?
★ The fun and challenging Rainbow Race is back!
★ Do you wanna look like a real adventurer? Not only can you buy Mica’s outfit here, but you’ll also find some rainbow tack from previous year’s Rainbow Festivals as well as a brand new set!
The new set includes a new dressage saddle and unicorn bridle that can be worn by a limited amount of horses for now.
★ Have you ever tried jumping on bouncy clouds? Try it out by jumping on the small, cupcake clouds!
★ Mica lost some important equipment among the clouds! Talk to her when you've found all seven items to get a cool reward.
★ That’s not all Mica has lost. Find two of Mica’s journal entries, hidden in the camp!
★ Have you seen the tiny golden cloud by one of the rainbow bridges? The golden cloud will scatter golden horseshoes throughout the area for you to collect once a day. Collect them all to get a big bonus added to your horse xp!
★ Every day you will find a sad little rain cloud that needs help rounding up its friends and sending them back home to Cloud Kingdom.
★ Wanna take a moment to chill out with your friends to the greatest view ever? Bring some friends to the new picnic spots on the clouds!

Mica Stoneground will stay until June 22nd, and when she leaves Jorvik with her hot air balloon it's time to say bye to the Cloud Kingdom – for now!

You can visit the Cloud Kingdom even if you are not a Star Rider.

A dark presence in the Cloud Kingdom

It’s not all fun and games in the Cloud Kingdom. The vibrant colors are vanishing! What’s causing this mysterious fate? Rumors say a Dark Rider has washed away every color of the rainbow, and only you can bring them back! Mica has found a clue to get you started on your journey! Here’s a hint, follow the music…

This quest is available for all players! You must have completed the intro quest for Cloud Kingdom before you can save the colors.

There’s even more amiss

Something strange is going on below Cloud Kingdom, a cold wind is sweeping over Jorvik. Mica will send you to investigate. Here’s a hint, just follow the strange music…

Chase the Rainbow

A rainbow will spawn every 30 minutes around Jorvik, where Chaun the Leprechaun will appear! Help Chaun collect gold for rainbow coins. If you wish you can give Chaun the coins for nice rewards!

The rainbow will only spawn in one non-Star Rider area. The rest are limited to Star Riders.

Join the Rainbow Parade and beach disco to celebrate with pride!

The Bobcat Girls are celebrating rainbows and their many colors by hosting a parade between Moorland and Fort Pinta beach. They ride off once every hour and hang around at the beach for a while to dance to new and old favorites! Both areas are decorated for the party, plus you can choose from several bows to show your pride! There’s also an adorable new pet to purchase, the Prideful Pixel Terrier.

Taking beautiful pictures of Jorvik is easier than ever! Now you have the option to hide other players, hide your horse, or hide your own character. Be sure to get some amazing shots of all the festivities this week!

Horse Retirement

The next horses to leave us for greener pastures are the Generation 2 Quarter Horses. During the Wednesday update on August 17th, they will leave Jorvik and not be available for purchase from then on. Find them at Ferdinand's Horse Market before they receive their well-earned retirement!

While we love each and every one of our old horses, we sometimes need to make changes to ensure the game can run at the best possible performance. One of these changes will be to slowly phase out our very oldest horses.

If you already have purchased any of these horses, no need to worry! The horses will stay unchanged in your safe ownership. Please note that they will not be further supported with bug fixes, updates, or new tack.
