We've all been waiting for some good news, and we're now ready to tell you that Star Stable is now back to normal.

The batteries providing backup power to our servers exploded on Wednesday afternoon, meaning that the hardware behind the game unexpectedly shut down. Since then, we've been working non-stop to restore everything for you all, and we're now delighted and proud to say that our work has been a success.

You should all be able to access the game and website as normal, but as with all technical problems of this size, the first few hours and days might not be as stable as we'd like, so we need to ask you to stay patient with us for just a little bit longer.

Any issues you find with your game should be reported directly to our Customer Support team who will be trying their very hardest to help you as quickly as they can. Try to include as much information as possible as well as screen shots if you can, because the more info you give them, the faster they can help you with any problems you might have.

To our tech team, our customer support team, and more importantly our fans and players we say a huge thank you for this past few days. We can't wait to get back on track and start celebrating Christmas, get ready for the beautiful new Fjord horses coming next week, and wait for the snow to start falling in Jorvik...
