Find the Way Around!

Who dares venture to the arcane place that is Galloper’s Keep? Well, anyone who does can find the portals scattered around on Jorvik! Poe the Crow is outside all home stables, and will show passersby to their closest portal. There is also a toggle button on the map that will mark all the portals! 

If a mortal finds themselves venturing into the portal, they can speak to Kasper, a friendly ghost, who will show them around the area. It may be a ghastly fortress, but it has excellent customer service!

What to do?

So what can the bypassing mortals spend their time doing in the keep? Good question! Here’s a little list of some of the activities:

♜Hunt pumpkins through Goldenleaf Forest!

♜Race up Scarecrow Hill!

♜Race through Galloper’s memories!

♜Play Dungeouns and Pumpkins!

♜Reanimate a pet made from questionable parts! Wait, what…?

Questionable pet practices aside, there are even more activities and miscellaneous details to discover in and around the Keep. We wish everyone a spooky time!

Beautiful Bixbite!

For centuries, the Buttergood family has been a source of eeriness in Epona. Their pale skin, the mysterious packages being delivered to their doorstep... How old is Valdemar Buttergood really?

Alongside the Buttergoods, there's the legend of Bixbite, a pale horse decorated with blood-red crystals, said to roam Butter Hill Way. The rumored creature has caught the attention of many, and to this day, hunters scour Epona at night in search of this fascinating cryptid. However, nothing more than Mr. Buttergood's Selle Français has ever been encountered.

Rumors say that if you look up towards Butter Hill in the deepest, darkest night, is there not a red gleam coming from inside?

Now, this beautiful and harrowed creature is visiting Galloper’s Keep. He is available for 900 Star Coins, and is accompanied by a mystical goat with red eyes - Scarlet - available for 350 Star Coins. Scarlet is Bixbite's dear companion, warning him of any hunters coming their way before disappearing in a puff of smoke. Both Bixbite and Scarlet will be here until the Halloween festival leaves on November 5th.

Gorgeous Galvatair!

The legend of a mangled horse wandering the forests surrounding Firgrove has long spread amongst the locals.

Believed to be the result of a disastrous experiment by a cunning scientist, the creature has been the subject of many campfire stories. Rumors say that if you listen closely during a stormy night, you can hear his hooves sending shockwaves through the woods. They call him Galvatair, a twitching and jerking mess of stitches brought to life with a surge of lightning.

What they don't know is that a certain Berzelius has been caring for the legendary beast, taking him under her wing. Through love and patience, the so-called "monster" has transformed into a gentle Hanoverian.

Now, can Galvatair find his place within a herd, or will his shocking past return to haunt him?

He’s currently looking for his herd in the Keep, and is available for 950 Star Coins, and is joined by the flying owl Volt, available for 350 Star Coins. Don't let Volt's electric personality shock you, he always has a spark in his eye! Both Galvatair and Volt will be here until the Halloween festival leaves on November 5th.

Festival ‘fits!

Four new outfits have been added to the shops in the Keep! Two sets are inspired by the new magical horse: the Bixbite Belle set is inspired by Jorvik's favorite vamp- Valdemar. Yes, Valdemar. The Galvanic set was, from underground sources, brought to life with a surge of lightning!

The two token sets are the Serpent Empress - watch out! This slithering set is inspired by venomous and deceitful serpents - and Ghastly Grunge. The latter is a ghostly set inspired by that older sibling that's just a little too cool for trick-or-treating, but still tags along. 

Galloping into Galloper’s Story!

Linda is at the Halloween Festival to investigate who Galloper Thompson really is! Anyone who wants to take part in a chilling, tragic, and beautiful adventure will find her standing outside the Halloween portal outside of Moorland Stables, as she begins to dive into the first chapter of Galloper's story!

Champion Ranks!

It’s time for another season of Champion Ranks, this time with the theme “It’s Just a Legend…” Our dedicated racers can now earn victory points by competing in the championships, and collect ribbons as they progress through the ranking. The season is active from October 8th, 09:30 server time, to November 4th, 23:59 server time. We’re wishing everyone a spooky, but safe and exciting racing season!

Hair and Make-Up!

We have new hairstyles and make-up available in game! While some of these may look dark and spooky, fit for Halloween, they’re here to stay as permanent additions! In Jarlaheim, five new make-up styles are waiting in the Heavy Metal Scissors salon.

And in Fort Pinta, new cuts and colors are available in the Beauty on the Beach salon! Includes split dyed hair and an epic dragon braid!
