If you have any problems with the game. Please look through this F.A.Q. first and see if you can’t find a solution to your problem.

I have installed the plugin but when I click “Play” the page is empty

• You need to install DirectX9 manually. Please follow this link, install DirectX9 and click “Play” again:

I can’t install the plugin

Make sure that you fulfill the requirements for playing the game (these requirements apply to the development version only):

• Browser: Firefox
• OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7

The download bar shows “00:00:00″ and never changes

To play the game the following ports need to be open in your firewall or router:

• Downloading the game: TCP port 62444
• Playing the game: UDP ports 18900-18999

There are so many firewalls and routers out there that we can’t give instructions for all of them. To change the port settings, look for an area in the settings called Port Range or Port Forwarding.

I have installed the plugin but the browser still says I need to install the plugin.

• The game might not be updated yet to be compatible with the latest version of the plugin.
• Please download Firefox 3.6 to play the game until an update has been released.
